Refund Policy

We will evaluate your case and accordingly remit your refund in your Wallet/ Credit note. Subject to your eligibility for refund as per our policy, your payable amount after adjustments if any, will be credited in store credit.

Return Policy

Return request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

  1. The product received is different from the one ordered.
  2. The product is damaged.
  3. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed.
  4. Tags should be intact.
  5. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price.
  6. Product(s) is/are not custom altered.
  7. Indigo dyed and printed products are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  8. Refund in case of Return of product(s):
    * Refund Amount = Price of the Product(s) – Applicable Return Fees
  9. We will provide reverse pickup facility to the customer. In case, we are not able to provide reverse pickup facility to the customer, customer will have to send parcel back to us and ₹125 will be added to their refund amount. Please note that reverse parcel take anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Refund will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back (a maximum of 20 working days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check. Refund will be processed in online mode and can be requested in the same bank account / card which was used for placing the order.
  10. A ‘Return Fee of ₹250‘ will be deducted from product(s) price before refund.

Exchange Policy

Customer can initiate exchange for product. Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

  1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed.
  2. Tags should be intact.
  3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price.
  4. Product(s) is/are not custom altered.
  5. We will provide reverse pickup facility to the customer. An exchange fee of ₹250 will be charged in exchange order. In case, we are not able to provide reverse pickup facility to the customer, customer will have to send parcel back to us and charged exchange fee will be cancelled (in case of COD exchange order) or credited to website wallet (in case of prepaid exchange order).
    Please note that reverse parcel take anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Exchange order will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back (a maximum of 20 working days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.
  6. If there is any excess amount after exchange order is created, it will be credited to customer’s account.

Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items

We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way. We will not accept return or exchange for Indigo/Bagh print items for complaints of color bleed as by the virtue of their properties, the bleeding characteristic of these fabric is inevitable.

Sale items (if applicable) : All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
